Meli experiments the Yoga practice as a way to deepen the connection of mind, body and soul. Her yogic path started during her trip across Latin America in 2014, where she discovered different teachers and Yoga styles and deepened the practice of meditation, energetical healing and holistic therapies.
She was certified as a Yoga teacher in Guatemala in 2019 and moved to Tamarindo to teach.
In her classes, she aims to help her students to observe how energies and emotions influence the physical body. She inspires them to raise their self awareness.
Meli believes that Yoga is a way to bring to the Earth the journey of the Spirit.
