HATHA YOGA II
Hatha Yoga II is tailored for practitioners with previous experience who feel comfortable with the foundations of the practice and wish to deepen their path in Yoga.
This class offers a more refined and conscious Hatha Yoga experience, with special emphasis on postural awareness, internal actions within the asanas, and mindful alignment. Through longer holds, progressive and evolving sequences, and fluid, organic transitions, more challenging and demanding postures are introduced in a gradual and respectful way, allowing each student to explore their own limits with presence and care.
Pranayama is progressively and gently integrated as a natural support for the practice, helping to regulate effort, calm the mind, and deepen the connection between body, breath, and presence.
This practice invites self-observation and mindfulness, allowing Yoga to be experienced as a space for self-discovery, inner awareness, and conscious presence.
This class is intended for intermediate students or for those with previous Hatha Yoga experience who feel ready to advance their practice with awareness and respect for their own process.
