DESCRIPTION
Stretching and Flexibility classes are designed for individuals who perceive themselves as “stiff” or suffer from contractures, tensions, and bodily blockages either due to their posture in daily life or their training in various disciplines (surfing, gym workouts, soccer, tennis, cycling, etc).
In these classes, they will achieve:
- Release of accumulated tensions.
- Improvement in joint range of motion and muscle elasticity essential for increasing strength and endurance.
- Learning variations of exercises for warm-up and post-training.
