VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa means breath synchronized with movement. It emphasizes the practice of evolutionary sequences of asanas (postures), in a correct alignment coordinated with a fluid and sustained breathing.

Vale started her regular practice while living in New Zealand around 2008. A year later she got certified as a Yoga Instructor in Costa Rica and Mexico, and began her teaching in Tamarindo which turned out to be her hometown until today.
Since then, she attended Prenatal Training in San Jose and Creative Dinamic Vinyasa Training in Nosara.
In her classes, she inspires students to move freely with awareness, willing to accept where they are at the present moment, finding a personal balance between effort and ease. She encourages most of all taking their Yoga practice off the mat and into the world.
