DESCRIPTION
The practice will consist of a 90 minute class, followed by 15 min (optional) of Pranayama and Meditation.
Embark on a holistic journey during each class, carefully structured to guide you through distinct phases:
We start by cultivating mindfulness and conscious breathing, grounding ourselves in the present moment.
Transitioning gracefully, we immerse ourselves in ASANAS: starting with dynamic, fluid sequences, and later dedicating focused time to explore specific postures and movements. Here, we refine alignment, hold poses, and experience their profound depths.
We finish the first 90 min of practice with a deep relaxation.
At this time you can choose to end your practice or continue with us in Meditation.
We will dedicate the next 15 minutes to Pranayama and Meditation to leave you centered and serene.
